Any kind of permission to perform, record, copy, etc. should be secured directly through the publisher. Many publishers have forms on their own sites. Not sure of the publisher? You can search for titles in the ASCAP and BMI databases.
Looking for a specific score? Something that is out of print? You will need to contact the publisher directly with your inquiry. Make sure you check online sources to confirm the work is not available via J.W. Pepper or other digital outlets.
The MPA does not handle copyright permissions and is not available to provide music.
